Reporting Line : Brand Manager of OMEGA


Responsibilities

- Plan and execute local training programs

  1. Manage, organize, and monitor the training activities for Korea, both for retail and wholesale (local & duty free), always showing a proactive approach and a collaborative team spirit.
  2. Develop and manage annual training schedule.
  3. Plan, organize, and conduct training seminars, in-store and off-site training sessions, ensuring consistency and alignments in the messages, contents, and formats with HQ Brand strategies.
  4. Coach and motivate the network of sales associates and partners, ensuring continuous cooperation and support according to the needs of the market.
  5. Train Boutique managers and sales associates and provide constant in-store trainings.


- Develop local training materials

  1. Develop training tools, materials, and collateral, according to market needs and in collaboration with OMEGA HQ


- E-Learning

  1. E-Learning system: Promote the usage of the e-Learning system in OMEGA’s boutiques, providing support for its development and content translation.
  2. Monitor the correct usage of the e-Learning system by each member of the team. Ensure the accuracy of the e-Learning database of the market.
  3. Continually make sure that the training systems and materials, tools and processes are flawless, state of the art, and consistent with HQ Brand guidelines.


- Mystery shopping

  1. Train sales associates to ensure that mystery shopping results respect corporate target levels.
  2. Analyze mystery shopping results and implement, if needed, corrective action plans.


- Others

  1. Provide all needed support in the management of local events, incentives, introduction programs.
  2. In accordance with the marketing activities of the brand, provide in-store training to the sales associates.


- Reporting

  1. Provide regular feedbacks to the Retail / Wholesale manager.
  2. Report weekly activities on the format provided



Qualifications
  1. At least 5+ years of experience creating and implementing training programs for the retail/wholesale sector, preferably in luxury markets, particularly luxury watches.
  2. Proven success in planning and leading training seminars.
  3. Thorough understanding of the retail industry.
  4. Expertise in teaching about luxury sales culture, introducing new products, and explaining technical or solution-oriented materials.
  5. A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  6. Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and others.
  7. Advanced digital skills, including conducting virtual training sessions using platforms like Skype and Microsoft Teams.
  8. Familiarity with online education platforms and systems. Experience with managing digital training tools is a plus.
  9. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.


This position does not impose restrictions based on race, age, or gender. However, we do not provide support for visas or residency. Fluent Korean language skills are required, and proficiency in other foreign languages will be a plus in the hiring process.
