Key Responsibilities


Forecast & ​Budget / SVC Cost ​Review

  • Support ​the forecasting ​and budgeting processes ​in alignment ​with ​business objectives.
  • Review ​and ​monitor ​Service Center related ​costs.


Reporting

  • Support ​the end-to-end process ​of ​internal ​reporting, including preparation, ​review, and ​finalization.
  • Deliver ​timely and ​accurate management ​reports.e.g., ​weekly sales report, ​monthly closing, ​ad-hoc analysis.


Financial Analysis

  • Act as a key financial partner to Brand, Brand HQ and Group HQ, supporting data-driven decision making.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis across brands, Service Center divisions, and local management.
  • Analyse CAPEX and profitability (LNR, CER).
  • Monitor ROI, cost structure, and performance, identifying risks and opportunities.


Support for assigned Brands & Service Center divisions

  • Act as a Controlling business partner to assigned brands and Service Center divisions.
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and ongoing support to enable effective business execution.


System Maintenance & Execution

  • Operate and maintain SAP and Group reporting solutions.e.g., BOFC, OneStream, AFO, MBT, and others.


Others

  • Participate in to cross-brand and cross-division projects, providing process and Controlling related expertise.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other Controlling-related responsibilities as required.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and Controlling
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the consumer, luxury, or fashion industry
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the long term
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills
  • Proven ability to manage stress effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with SAP and/or BI tools is a plus
