Position ​Overview

Breguet, ​one ​of the most ​prestigious names ​in ​Swiss haute ​horlogerie, represents ​timeless ​craftsmanship and horological ​innovation. Swatch ​Group Korea is seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team in a role ranging from Senior Sales Executive to Sales Manager, with the scope of responsibilities and title aligned to the selected candidate’s experience and expertise.


This role is pivotal in driving Breguet’s sales performance, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across retail and duty-free channels in Korea. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the luxury watch sector, deliver measurable results, and uphold the highest standards of client service and brand representation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Strategy Execution
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with global and local brand objectives to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Identify market trends, client opportunities, and competitive insights to create actionable business initiatives.
  • Strengthen VIP and High-Ticket Item (HTI) client development, with measurable growth in repeat purchase and average transaction value.
  • Expand presence in retail and duty-free channels through targeted business development efforts.


2. Sales Performance Management
  • Set and monitor sales targets by channel, boutique, and product category; take corrective action where necessary.
  • Provide data-driven performance reports to the Brand Manager and HQ, incorporating competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Increase productivity per sales staff and improve conversion rates through focused coaching and operational enhancements.


3. Retail Operations & Brand Standards
  • Ensure boutiques maintain brand guidelines in customer experience, product presentation, and operational processes.
  • Partner with Store Managers to optimize staffing, scheduling, and daily store operations.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure consistent brand presentation and client engagement.


4. Product & Inventory Management
  • Manage product ordering (SAP/GOS), allocation, transfers, and returns to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate ATA Carnet and logistics for events, exhibitions, and PR activities.
  • Minimize stock-outs and improve inventory turnover through proactive planning.


5. CRM & Client Development
  • Oversee CRM data integrity, client segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute boutique-level client events and targeted outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.


6. People Management & Leadership (applicable for Sales Manager level)
  • Lead, coach, and mentor boutique and sales teams to achieve performance and service excellence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop training plans to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture.



Competencies & Requirements

Senior Sales Executive Level
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches/jewellery.
  • Strong operational skills and proven sales performance.


Sales Manager Level
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies delivering measurable growth.


Common Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
  • Fluent in English for reporting and coordination with HQ.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • High level of responsibility, detail orientation, and passion for luxury watches.


Expected Performance Outcomes

  • Achievement of annual sales targets by store, channel, and product category.
  • Growth in VIP and HTI client segments.
