Job overview

As the PR & Marketing Executive at Tissot Korea, you will be responsible for executing brand communication strategies that enhance visibility and build brand equity through both traditional and digital channels. This role involves managing press relations, creating and localizing PR content, coordinating with media and influencers, and organizing brand events aligned with global and local marketing initiatives. You will also support trade marketing activities such as CRM, in-store promotions, and retail activations. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting overall marketing impact in the Korean market.


Key Accountabilities

Media Planning and execution

  • Plan & execute brand marketing activities
  • Handling marketing expense(APO/PR) and reporting
  • Management of the digital media channels and advertisement
  • Monitor the competitors’ activity and market trend
  • PR /Digital agency handling

Press Relations

  • Translate (if needed), proof-read and disseminate press release and corporate PR materials
  • Coordinate media request follow-ups
  • Digital viral management through power influencer
  • Media rounding and product pitch

Event planning and management

  • Event planning and execution (global/local/proximity marketing actions)
  • Post-event reporting

Trade marketing planning and execution

  • Merchandizing order management
  • Retail Activity Support (DID/ GWP)


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Watch & Jewelry, Fashion, Cosmetics industries preferred
  • 1–3 years of PR and marketing communication experience in global brands
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in digital media is a plus
