Position Overview

Breguet, ​one ​of the ​most ​prestigious ​names in Swiss ​haute ​horlogerie, represents timeless ​craftsmanship ​and ​horological innovation. Swatch ​Group Korea ​is ​seeking a ​dedicated and ​detail-oriented ​Sales Executive to ​support Breguet’s ​retail and operational excellence in Korea. This role will play a critical part in managing product logistics, analyzing sales performance, and supporting boutique operations. Candidates with a keen understanding of the luxury retail environment and a strong sense of ownership are highly encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities


  • Product Management & Logistics
  1. Manage product ordering, allocation, and transfers across boutiques and retailers.
  2. Handle GOS order placement via SAP and manage all related logistics processes including ATA Carnet for events or PR activities.
  3. Support stable inventory levels and seamless product flow within retail channels.


  • Sales Data & Reporting
  1. Conduct product performance analysis by boutique and collection.
  2. Input and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
  3. Collect and analyze competitor product performance and market activities.
  4. Prepare monthly inventory and performance reports.


  • Retail Operations & Training Support
  1. Prepare training materials and assist with product inductions and staff training.
  2. Manage PLV (Point of Sale materials) and accessory orders.
  3. Support CRM database updates and boutique-level retail initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand actyivities such as client events, CRM campaigns, and local activations.
  5. Support boutique HR matters, including monitoring staff attendance and scheduling in coordination with Store Managers.


  • Customer Service Support
  1. Coordinate customer service processes between boutiques and CS administration.
  2. Assist with urgent CS issues and order necessary equipment or parts.
  3. Monitor product quality and support boutique stock maintenance.


  • Wholesale Channel Administration
  1. Handle sales and return order creation using internal and wholesaler systems.
  2. Coordinate invoicing and shipping documentation for wholesale clients.


Competences & Requirements


  • Professional Experience
  1. Minumim 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or watch/jewelry-related roles is preferred.
  2. Prior exposure to store operations, sales administration, or customer service is advantageous.


  • Skills and Competencies
  1. Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar ERP tools.
  3. Data-driven approach with analytical and reporting capabilities.
  4. Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  5. Ability to commuinicate in written and spoken English for reporing and coordination with HQ.


  • Educational Background
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.


  • Personal Attributes
  1. Proactive and hands-on attitude.
  2. High level of responsibility and team spirit.
