Job overview

As the Digital Marketing Executive at Swatch Korea, you will be responsible for executing digital strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive consumer engagement across online channels. This role involves leading performance-based marketing initiatives—including SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce campaigns—while ensuring alignment with Swatch’s global and local brand direction. You will manage media planning, coordinate digital content and assets, and track campaign performance to maximize ROAS and customer reach. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing brand visibility, increasing online traffic and conversion, and supporting sales growth in the dynamic digital landscape.


Key Accountabilities

Digital Marketing Activation

  • Support Media planning & strategy set up for new collections in line with HQ guidelines through keen communication
  • Plan media mix to reach the precise target customers and manage its execution
  • Monitor to develop SEO/SEM and manage BS(Brand Search AD) and SEA(Search Engine AD on Naver) set up for new launch, IMC campaigns, social media/PR activities
  • Execute digital marketing activations (Banners, Pop-ups, Promotions, etc.) to leverage online traffic for both brand awareness and conversion based on customer journey
  • Activate, review and analyse KPI performances and ROAS of each digital marketing campaigns to improve future campaign results
  • Analyse the e-Commerce sales, digital marketing performance and its data with Google Analytics, Power BI to bring insights and needs to establish growth plan across all e-marketplaces
  • Monitor and track current and emerging digital marketing & e-commerce trends/competitors’ activities to maximize commercial impact of online sales and digital marketing activations
  • Manage all media related assets, including AD copies and visuals


SOME Planning and Execution

  • Manage and create Kakao organic contents that satisfy both global and local needs
  • Transmit HQ social assets to Kakao
  • Support local assets upon HQ request
  • Create monthly social reports (organic) and ad hoc reports
  • Review texts for social ADs for tone & manner alignment
  • Local content creation for special projects (collaboration collection launching recap, rolling planet tour, etc)


Online Channel Sales Management

  • Manage the localization process of all content from HQ to ensure timely delivery with assured quality
  • Review translation and set up banners, product pages
  • Review and update search key words for e-com website on a weekly basis in line with HQ guidelines
  • Drive more traffic to e-commerce sites to increase sales through marketing support in line with the brand’s positioning


Administration &  Budget

  • Execute financial processes related to event payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Purchase Order, Invoice for MKT&PR
  • Stock management of GWP
  • Upload APO/PO for cost approval
  • Vendor registration for new agencies before uploading APO/PO
  • Write new contract if working with new agencies or execute events
  • Update in budget approval file (cash flow)
  • Xflow upload for local expenses & HQ invoices
  • Budget upload on MBT for cost tracking and HQ approval


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven track record in building and managing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms
  • Previous experience with global fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
