Responsibilities:

Event & CRMž  

  • Assist in event planning and follow-up, including Mega Pop-Up, Roadshow, and Boutique Store events.
  • Manage orders and stock for Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Gifts with Purchase (GWP).
  • Research and contact GWP suppliers, ensuring timely order follow-ups.
  • Support the adaptation of POS visuals.
  • Regularly update competitors' activities.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with tasks related to CRM.

Marketing Support

  • Consolidate monthly media reports: monitor media coverage, clip articles, and update press lists from magazines, newspapers, and social media.
  • Distribute look books and monthly press releases.
  • Manage watch samples, including the sample delivery process for viral and celebrity marketing support.
  • Oversee marketing expenses, process purchase orders, and manage vendor creation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Address store requests related to direct marketing and brand imaging.


Qualifications:
  • 4 year university degree or equivalent
  • Luxury Watch & Jewelry, Cosmetics, and Fashion industries (1–2 years of experience preferred)
  • Marketing and PR communication experience with global brands (preferred)
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • MS office: Word, Excel, PPT (digital media experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated and a team player


This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in marketing within a globally recognized luxury brand. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experirenced professionals and contribute to significant marketing projects.
