Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Overall responsibility for all marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop the marketing plan for the brand in alignment with HQ brand objectives.
  • Proactively lead campaigns and coordinate with sales activities across distribution channels.
  • Prepare the local brand marketing budget, ensuring all costs assigned by HQ are well controlled.
  • Conduct market research, track campaigns and launches, and provide regular qualitative reports to HQ.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to align with the brand strategy action plan and maximize sales.

Media

  • Responsible for media planning and execution across print, OOH, TVC, and digital channels.
  • Develop and lead digital implementation by understanding market needs, following HQ guidelines, and ensuring local-level execution.
  • Work closely with the advertising agency to achieve optimal results.

PR & Event

  • Prepare and present operational data for sales meetings.
  • Provide flash report updates.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports (sell-out).
  • Use RMIS (sell-out, stock) in the SGK system.
  • Compile monthly reports, including product analysis for HQ, promotion results, and sales data.
  • Translate and localize manuals and training materials to enhance sales staff knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with the PR agency to ensure quality, on-brand execution in all activities, and manage and control samples.

Others

  • Support the brand manager in setting the business plan.
  • Ensure close collaboration with the service team and agency to maximize synergies.
  • Provide timely reports to HQ.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR and marketing.
  • Relevant experience with global fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Understanding of community and relationship building with fashion and trade insiders (celebrities, media, influencers) is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the synergies between owned, paid, and earned media.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel, preferred.
