We're looking ​for ​a proactive HR ​Admin ​Intern ​to join our ​team for ​a ​6-month contract. ​This is ​an ​excellent opportunity for ​someone new ​or with less than a year's experience in the HR field, looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.


* 근무기간은 입사일로부터 6개월(180일) 입니다.

** 업무성과 및 회사 내부사정에 따라 근무기간은 연장될 수 있습니다.


Main Responsiblities
  1. Assist with hiring activities: job ads creation, posting, and tracking applications.
  2. Support HR team in interview process and candidate data management.
  3. Help in onboarding new hires and managing mandatory training programs.
  4. Help implement HR processes and policies.
  5. Assist in recruitment: interviewing and selecting candidates.
  6. Respond to daily employee queries about HR topics.
  7. Collaborate with other HR teams to keep up-to-date records.
  8. Support maintain accurate data: compensation, hires, promotions, and more.


Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree (졸업예정자 가능)
  2. Good communication and multitasking skills.
  3. Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook)
  5. English Communication skills are a plus
