We are seeking a passionate Blancpain PR & Marketing Executive to support our press relations and retail marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in executing brand activities and ensuring operational excellence across marketing functions, requiring a strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and an appreciation for high-end watchmaking.


Role & Responsibilities


1. Press Relations

  • Handle daily media requests and support the development and distribution of press materials approved by the company.
  • Coordinate press shootings, interviews, and media-related activities.
  • Monitor press coverage and prepare regular reports.
  • Support relationships with print and digital media, stylists, and influencers.
  • Assist in managing press samples, logistics, and media follow-ups.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters for material sharing and reporting.


2. Media & Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of media campaigns and advertising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HQ and external agencies for campaign materials and timelines.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
  • Assist in tracking marketing expenses and campaign performance.


3. Retail Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Manage direct mailings, product leaflets, PLV (POSM), GWP orders, and stock.
  • Support implementation of seasonal Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) in line with global guidelines.
  • Assist in CRM activities and boutique marketing initiatives.
  • Support VIP gifting processes and follow-ups.


4. Event Planning and Management

  • Support planning and execution of boutique and local events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.


5. Marketing Operations

  • Manage marketing-related procurement and expense processes (PO, quotations, vendor coordination).
  • Handle marketing inventory and logistics, including watches, POSM, and materials.
  • Support product loaning and collaboration processes (press, events, partnerships).
  • Coordinate with HQ for marketing assets, materials, and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support regular reporting (e.g., monthly, campaign, and media reports).


Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in PR, marketing, or related fields (luxury, fashion, retail, or agency preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and luxury market standards.
  • High level of attention to detail and execution capability.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on working attitude.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; digital or CRM experience is a plus.
