Job Overview

As the E-Commerce Executive at Longines Korea, you will manage the brand’s e-commerce business, including the corporate site to drive online sales growth and a consistent brand presence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to optimize launches, digital activations, and promotions, track performance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Your expertise will enhance Longines' online presence and support sustainable business growth in the Korean market.


Key Accountabilities


E-commerce Operations

  •  Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order management, payment procedures, inventory returns, and customer service, in collaboration with the logistics and sales teams.
  • Manage product registration across channels, and ensure content (e.g., translations, campaign updates) aligns with brand standards and strategies.
  • Create promotional materials (e.g., banners, visuals) and update brand assets in line with global guidelines.
  • Manage monthly commission processing, handle payments for outsourced services, and execute advertising contracts.


Sales Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee product collections for e-commerce exclusives and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Secure advertising placements across key channels and execute campaigns in alignment with the global strategies and the e-commerce marketing budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-retailers, negotiate online events, and drive joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns (e.g., banners, pop-ups, promotions).
  • Monitor KPIs to assess and optimize the campaign effectiveness.


Business Reporting & Analysis

  • Conduct weekly and bi-weekly reviews of sales strategies with the Brand Manager and HQ Key Account Manager to ensure alignment and address challenges.
  • Collaborate on setting weekly sales estimates and adjusting sales budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Compile and submit monthly sales data and activation history across SGK brands to provide comprehensive performance insights.


Project Management & Platform Optimization

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, such as abandoned cart recovery through email campaigns, and manage communication tool transitions for order updates and stock alerts.
  • Manage the integration of E-Boutique products into platforms like Naver Shopping to increase visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze payment failure rates, identify issues (e.g., duplicated or cancelled orders), and collaborate with teams to improve the checkout process and reduce failure rates.
  • Work with the IT team to implement integrated image hosting solutions that streamline e-commerce operations and ensure efficient asset management across platforms.



Qualifications
  • ž3–5 years of experience in e-commerce business
  • Experience with e-retailers (department stores), brand e-commerce, and Naver preferred
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a strong passion for the brand and the watch industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active engagement in digital communicationsž  
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Wordž  
  • Proficiency in English
