Job overview

As the Senior E-Commerce Executive at Tissot Korea, you will manage the brand’s e-commerce business, including the corporate site and key e-retail partnerships, to drive online sales growth and a consistent

brand presence. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to optimize launches, digital activations, and promotions, track performance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Your expertise will enhance Tissot’s online presence and support sustainable business growth in the Korean market.


Key Accountabilities


Online Sales & Channel management

  • Execute daily e-commerce operations including product status management, new product launches, daily/weekly sales tracking, monthly promotions, and ad exposures across e-commerce channels to meet sales targets.
  • Manage brand presence on retailer online platforms, ensuring that activities support offline distribution channels and achieve monthly sales objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, exposure schedules, and online mall advertising in collaboration with e-retail partners to strengthen sales and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across seven major malls to support new online events and initiatives.
  • Work closely with agencies and e-retail partners to execute digital activations (banners, pop-ups, promotions, etc.) to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and maximize sales impact.


Business Intelligence & Performance development

  • Plan and execute e-commerce channel strategies to align with the brand’s business objectives and sales targets.
  • Track weekly and monthly KPI performance, generating actionable insights to optimize ongoing activities.
  • Analyze the impact of promotions and consumer engagement to inform and enhance future executions.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with HQ and local logistics teams to manage the official e-commerce site effectively.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor industry trends to drive continuous innovation and improvement.


E-com Operations

  • Oversee daily operations including new orders, payment procedures, inventory returns, and customer service in collaboration with logistics and sales teams.
  • Enrich localized product information on the online site (e.g., product descriptions, product care instructions, legal requirements).
  • Support key e-commerce functions by updating and maintaining data needed for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Monitor discount rates on e-retail channels daily and manage pricing and promotions to ensure proper control.
  • Perform inventory management using the product master file across e-retailer malls to prevent out-of-stock situations.


Digital Marketing support

  • Monitor and analyze digital campaigns using Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to maximize the commercial impact of online sales and marketing activations.
  • Partner with the marketing team to lead digital campaigns and adapt local content for e-commerce conversion, including product launches, social media initiatives, and PR activities.


Qualifications
  • ž  5–10 years of e-commerce business management experience   
  • Preferred experience with e-retailers (department stores), brand e-commerce, and Naver
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a strong passion for the brand and the watch industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active engagement in digital communicationsž  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to guide a project from concept to final delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Wordž  
  • Proficiency in English
