While the contract is limited-term, it offers exposure to Swatch Group’s international IT systems and retail applications, direct collaboration with Group HQ, and hands-on experience in supporting and improving retail solutions. The role is suitable for junior-level candidates who want to strengthen their technical and communication skills while gaining experience in a multinational luxury group. Strong English communication is essential, as you will work with international colleagues and vendors on a daily basis. This position is a temporary role, with the contract ending on January 7, 2026.


Responsibilities

Propose, Design, Develop and Maintain Applications

  • Translate business requirements into IT solutions and enhancements
  • Develop or extend existing modules to meet new needs
  • Deploy and introduce Group standard applications (e.g., Salesforce, RMIS, Cegid) based on business requests

Troubleshoot & Fine-Tune Retail Programs

  • Provide support for global and local applications in collaboration with HQ and vendors
  • Identify root causes and resolve bugs in a timely manner
  • Ensure system reliability and minimize downtime for business users

User Assistance & Training

  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support
  • Organize user group meetings to improve system adoption and gather feedback
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies

Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with external consultants and ensure deliverables meet Group standards
  • Support application development projects (e.g., HRIS, E-Commerce) and confirm alignment with business requirements

Information Security

  • Ensure applications comply with Group IT security standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to information security


Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, consumer, or distribution industry preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT application support, development, or analysis (entry-level candidates with strong learning attitude will be considered)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting applications
  • Exposure to multinational/global IT environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering
  • Experience in at least one business coding language (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, Nintex, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio & Project)
  • Project coordination or support experience an advantage
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based tools (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred
  • Business-level English communication
