Job overview

As the E-Commerce Executive at Swatch Korea, you will be responsible for driving online sales performance and enhancing the customer experience across both owned and third-party digital platforms. This role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product launches, online merchandising, sales analysis, and promotion planning. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align local initiatives with Swatch’s global brand strategy. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, you will track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage inventory to ensure seamless execution and sales growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Swatch’s digital footprint and delivering a compelling online shopping journey.


Key Accountabilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Project Execution

  • Manage the annual e-commerce budget and execute initiatives to meet sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance across key strategic and growth-driving channels.
  • Lead the Swatch.com project and oversee all related e-commerce operations and execution.
  • Localize and implement HQ strategies in alignment with market needs and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with HQ, retail, logistics, and sales teams to execute strategic initiatives.


e-Marketplace Operations

  • Oversee the brand’s presence across owned and third-party platforms (e.g., department store online malls, SSG, Kakao).
  • Maximize sales and brand visibility through tailored marketplace optimization strategies.
  • Plan and execute monthly promotions and product launches suited to each platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and business objectives for each platform partner.


Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Support monthly promotions and support digital content creation (e.g., banners, pop-ups, landing pages) tailored to each sales channel*. (Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop is a plus.)*
  • Increase traffic and CVR through digital activations optimized for each campaign and platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Power BI, focusing on key metrics such as CVR, traffic, and ROI.
  • Manage SEA and brand keyword strategies in line with product launches and seasonal campaigns.


Operations & Inventory Management

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, returns, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory planning, ordering, allocation, and forecasting for new collections and packaging materials.
  • Operate and monitor key systems (g., Playauto, Calleo, SAP) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate online and offline stock to maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels.


Reporting & Business Insights

  • Generate and deliver regular performance reports across all e-commerce channels.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, promotional impact, and competitor activity.\
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders and HQ.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, digital commerce, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within global fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, or watch & jewellery brands
  • Prior experience in retail sales or frontline store operations is a plus
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, online sales strategies, and consumer engagement tactics
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for digital asset handling
  • Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
