Responsibilities:

Press Relations

  • Consolidate monthly media reports: monitor media coverage, clip articles, and update press lists from magazines, newspapers, and social media.
  • Distribute lookbooks & monthly press releases (if any).
  • Coordinate the photo-shootings and media request follow-ups (if any).
  • Digital posting pitch and monitoring. (Instagram, Naver, Kakao)
  • Look book distribution to media.
  • Proof read web contents before update.

Event / Store Activation

  • Assist in event planning and follow-up, including Mega Pop-Up, Roadshow, and Boutique Store events.
  • Manage orders and stock for Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Gifts with Purchase(GWP).
  • Research and contact GWP suppliers, ensuring timely order follow-ups.
  • Support the adaptation of POS visuals.
  • Support store activation, event, rolling planet tour etc.

Marketing Support

  • Manage watch samples, including the sample delivery process for viral and celebrity marketing support.
  • Oversee marketing expenses, process purchase orders, and manage vendor creation.
  • Support SNS / Kakao.
  • Address store requests related to direct marketing and brand imaging.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury watch & jewelry, cosmetics, or fashion industries preferred
  • Prior experience in marketing and PR communications with global brands is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); digital media experience is a plus
