Job Overview:

As a Mido e-commerce executive, you'll lead strategic management planning and execution, ensuring alignment between central and local strategies. You'll collaborate with HQ and local teams, drive traffic to our e-commerce site, and execute digital marketing activations. You'll also oversee daily operations, analyze KPIs, monitor e-commerce trends, and manage online channel sales, optimizing our brand's online presence and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong retailer relationships and initiate/negotiate new online events and plans(e-retailers, agency, HQ, local team)
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partners
  • Prioritize strategic business roadmap with monthly plan to meet sales target
  • Work with cross functional teams with seamless execution(Sales, marketing, logistic, store, etc)
  • To manage monthly launching plan, execution of event/promotion and measurement of websites and communications
  • Set the proper monthly e-commerce marketing plan with proper budget allocation

Digital Marketing

  • Drive traffic and conversion with strong initiative via digital channels
  • Monitor and co-work with marketing team to develop SEO/SEM corporate initiatives including product launch, social media, PR activities
  • ž Monitor and track current and emerging e-commerce trends utilizing web analytics and business tracking tools to maximize commercial impact of online sales and marketing activations
  • Conduct the e-retail promotion and advertisement to boost sales

Operation and Reporting

  • ž  Inventory management (Focus on & new launching plan & stock managements preventing out-of-stock issue)
  • Analysis of market trends including competitors, sales results, sales trend, promotion effect, new launches, and other marketing programs
  • Regular reporting of e-commerce channel (by month, quarter and annual)
  • Handle monthly operational expenses for managing channel


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of e-commerce experience
  • Relevant global fashion, beauty & lifestyle brand experience preferred 
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS office (priority in Excel)
